Mastermindis a logic game released in 2002 for the ZX Spectrum 128K, published by NyitraiSOFT. The game is based on the classic 'Mastermind' code-breaking board game, where the player's task is to deduce a secret four-digit number selected by the computer. Each digit is unique, and the number cannot begin with zero.
The player enters guesses, and after each attempt, feedback is given regarding the correct digits: correct digits in the correct position are marked, and correct digits in the wrong position are indicated differently. The process repeats until the player successfully deduces the correct number or the number of allowed attempts is used up. The structure and gameplay adhere to the traditional rules of Mastermind.
